CORE829 SRL, with registered office in Romania, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website and its services. You can contact us through the contact form or by email at hello@core829.net.
2. Data we process
We process only the data you provide voluntarily through our contact and quote request forms: name, email, company, services of interest, indicative budget and the content of your message. We also process minimal technical data (IP address, browser type) for the security and operation of the website.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for communications; the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for quote requests; legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the security and improvement of the website.
4. Data subject rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (ANSPDCP in Romania).
5. Data retention
Personal data collected through forms is retained only for the time necessary to respond to requests and manage any contractual relationship, in accordance with the legal retention periods.
6. Data transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where third-party service providers process data on our behalf, they are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
